5 out of 5 starsI ordered two drawings just before Xmas and was absolutely amazed! The deliverables are wonderfull, even better than imagined in my wildest dreams! The whole process from placing an order to receiving a first sketch to making some minor adjustments (with a decorative line) to the final drawings was absolutely smooth and running in "real-time" and the conversation with the artist was very friendly and professional. I am a true fan of Dimpi and her creative skills. Absolutely adore her work and already pointed a couple of friends to Open Hear Lines. They've also received a drawing on very short notice just before Xmas and also are absolutely happy with the results. Great job Dimpy, keep it up! ;-) I'll be back! Best - Julia

5 out of 5 starsDimpy was very easy to chat to and engage with. She took the time to answer all my questions and to hear what I wanted out of a line drawing (it was my first time getting one done). She was very patient, sent me various examples of her work and asked for feedback. She allowed me to review the drawing a few times and made the changes I requested. All done in a very timely manner and her work speaks for itself. I printed the design as a fridge magnet and a 300 piece puzzle. I am now a returning customer:-)

I'm trying to order a print and get an error message about the image type (e.g. JPEG format not supported, can not use CMYK, etc.). What should I do?
This issue is caused by the format that is used (CMYK) in the images.
Not all photo processing companies support the CMYK image format correctly, if at all. This is the preferred format in printing because it produces better representations of the colors intended. If the site you are trying to use doesn't work or doesn't look like what you expected, you can use the link below to convert the image to RGB which should yield better results.

It's recommend to use JPG or PNG for Output and sRGB for Profile.
